He is also a Principal Clinical Scientist at the Ernest Cooke Vascular Unit at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, Senior Lecturer at the William Harvey Research Institute and Chairman of the London East & City committee of the National Research Ethics Service.
Further he is a National Research Ethics Advisor to the United Kingdom and to sovereign countries in Asia.
Arthur also serves as an Inventor and Scientific Advisor to Sky Medical Technology Ltd (Medical Devices) and Edixomed Ltd (anti-infective Biotechnology), and Clinical Trials advisor for TransDermal Technologies Inc.
